Friday 5 December – Arrival & Kickoff - Sunny 34

Drive up from Sydney (~2.5–3 hrs) – optional lunch stop at Heatherbrae Pies

Check-in at Airbnb: 1–39 Leonard Ave, Shoal Bay from 2pm

Supply run: Woolworths Nelson Bay & Cellarbrations Shoal Bay (beer, food, brekkie supplies, ice)

Optional Golf / Beach / Hike up Tomaree

Evening: Dinner and drinks at Shoal Bay Country Club
Saturday 6 December – Championship Round + Big Night - Sunny 36

9:45 AM: Depart Taxi (~35 min travel + warm-up)

11:00 AM: Tee-off – Pacific Dunes Golf Club (Official Individual Stroke Play)

4:00 PM: Return to Shoal Bay – beach swim or beers at Airbnb

4:30 PM: Optional jetty jumps & swim at Shoal Bay

6:00 PM: Sunset dinner upstairs at Shoal Bay Country Club (Whitesands)

After dinner: Drinks & live music downstairs
Sunday 7 December – Ambrose Day + Final Night - Shower or two 27

9:45 AM: Depart Taxi (~20 min travel + warm-up)

11:00 AM: Tee-off – Horizons Golf Resort (2-Player Ambrose)

4:00 PM: Return to Shoal Bay – relax, beach, or beers

5:00 PM: Drinks at Little Beach Boathouse – sunset beers & cocktails

Evening: Pizza night at the Airbnb + backyard table tennis showdown
Monday 8 December – Departure (Optional Activities) - Partly Cloudy 26

• Pack up Airbnb
• Lunch in Nelson Bay or on the road
• Drive back to Sydney
